Oncology and Hematology

Riverton Memorial Hospital offers oncology and hematology services in the office or in the hospital. Here, the region's most experienced oncologist treats all types of cancer and blood diseases, using many of the same treatment options as the most recognized cancer centers in the U.S.

Under the oncologist's supervision, specially trained nurses administer chemotherapy infusions and cancer treatments five days a week. The oncology service line also offers coordination of care with local physicians and major cancer centers, patient and family education, and second opinions.
